Description: The publication presents the findings of the SenseMaker research on improvements, i.e., innovations in SMEs, as well as the challenges they face in that process. The research was conducted by Eda from November to December 2023 as part of the project “Advanced Implementation of the Small Business Act in BiH – SBA in BiH2EU,” funded by Sweden.
