Description: The recommendations were created based on the findings of the conducted SenseMaker research, the results of applying the expert system ESET READy to assess companies’ readiness for the energy transition, and the experiences gained during the implementation of sensor technology and accompanying software support for introducing energy consumption measurement and monitoring systems in six companies involved in the READy project. The scope for creating the recommendations was expanded to include best practices for the energy transition of SMEs from the Western Balkans region, primarily in the field of energy management. The recommendations were prepared as part of the project “READy – Resource Efficiency Advanced by Digitalization in Manufacturing SMEs”. The publication is available only in the local language.
