First step toward Sweden and the EU: Introductory online session held for the “Road to Export” training

As part of the free online training program “Road to Export”, an introductory online session was held, during which around 30 representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises from Bosnia and Herzegovina were introduced in more detail to the program’s objectives, module content, and training methodology.

The training is implemented by OTGS – Open Trade Gate Sweden, a part of the National Board of Trade Sweden. During the introductory session, Mr. Dario Iulianella presented the concept of the “Road to Export” training and its approach, which combines practical knowledge and tools for entering the Swedish and EU markets. This includes guidelines for market entry preparation, understanding the requirements of the Swedish and EU markets, and the steps involved in developing an export plan.

Following the introductory session, participating companies will gain access to the OTGS platform, which contains learning materials. The training will be conducted as a combination of self-paced online learning and interactive online sessions in English, with a total expected duration of approximately 15 hours over a period of five to six weeks. The program is designed to allow participants to progress through the content at their own pace, supported by online interaction and the exchange of experiences.

The “Road to Export” training is implemented with the support of Sweden through the SPRING program, jointly implemented by Eda – Enterprise Development Agency, Mozaik Foundation, and SERDA – Sarajevo Regional Development Agency.
