Description: This document provides practical guidelines and tools for improving the process of developing action plans, which will enable more efficient coordination and implementation of sectoral strategies for SME and entrepreneurship development. The recommendations focus on achieving optimal integration of action plans into medium-term and annual work plans and budgetary plans of administrative bodies at all levels of government, including entities and Brčko District. Additionally, the recommendations cover important aspects of monitoring and reporting on the implementation of planned measures, contributing to greater transparency and accountability in implementation. This aims to improve the quality of action plan development and ensure the more effective implementation of measures and projects defined in SME and entrepreneurship development strategies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The document was prepared as part of the project “SBA in BiH2EU.” The publication is available only in the local language.
