A working group, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Government and the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska, prepared a Guidelines on dealing with corruption proceeding and providing protection for whistle-blowers. Eda’s experts cooperated directly with the working group on preparing the Guidelines prepared within the project “Support to the governments of Republika Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fight against corruption”, supported by the British Embassy Sarajevo.
Responsible persons in Republika Srpska who have more than 15 employees are obliged to adopt the Guidelines until 07 January 2018.
