Eda – Enterprise Development Agency invites representatives of SMEs to the workshop “SMEs in digitalization processes in the field of energy management” to be held on July 25, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM at the premises of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Banja Luka, Patre Street 5.
The goal of the workshop is to initiate and accelerate the adoption of digital solutions in SMEs in energy management processes by introducing SME representatives to the following topics:
- the concept of energy management, including its significance for industrial enterprises, as well as the concept of energy audits,
- options for digital solutions in the field of energy management, including topics on sensors in energy management,
- requirements and benefits of incorporating digital solutions into the energy management process and business processes,
- advanced digital solutions in energy management.

The workshop is free for all participants. Interested SMEs are asked to confirm their participation by July 24, 2024, via email to [email protected].
The workshop will be conducted by an engaged training expert, supported by representatives of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Eda, with presentations from companies that have practical experience in this field.
The workshop is organized within the project “READy – Resource Efficiency Advanced by Digitalization in Manufacturing SMEs” implemented by Eda – Agency for Enterprise Development in partnership with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Banja Luka, and the Foreign Investors Council, supported within the project “Innovations and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU4DigitalSME”, co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
