Eda has launched a study on the interest, motivation, and preferences of practitioners who provide advisory support for the business operations and development of MSMEs. Through interviews with practitioners, the aim is to gather insights on the need for mutual cooperation in identifying the challenges that companies face (e.g., smart transition, digitalization, green transformation, artificial intelligence, building agile resilience, etc.), as well as in sharing acquired knowledge and experiences. This research aims to serve as a realistic basis for determining the role and structure of the future community of practice in the field of SME development support, as well as for selecting an appropriate self-organization model.
The research is being conducted as part of the project “Advanced Implementation of the Small Business Act in BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU,” implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
