Description: This publication presents the voucher program implemented by Eda, with adaptations, within three projects: CREDO Krajina, SBA in BiH, and SBA in BiH2EU. It particularly focuses on monitoring topics, including an overview of concepts such as Project Cycle Management (PCM), Capacity Works, Agile/SCRUM, Weak Signals, Outcome Harvesting, and the Cynefin framework, all of which could enhance monitoring practices. It also addresses reporting, with an overview of the links between monitoring and reporting, and finally evaluation, presenting potential new perspectives on implemented projects, such as the Smiling Curve concept. The publication concludes with ideas for improvements. It was prepared within the project “SBA in BiH2EU.” The publication is available only in the local language.
