The company “Podrumi manastira Tvrdoš LLC” is one of the five SMEs from Trebinje that has been supported in implementing innovations through the voucher program from the Strategy Implementation Enabling Mechanism (SIEM).
The project involves improving the operations of the company ‘Podrumi manastira Tvrdoš d.o.o’ by creating a design solution for a new wine in their product range and redesigning a portion of the existing products of Tvrdoš Winery in line with the project’s objectives. The company needed to create a design solution, or visual identity, for the new wine, redesign a part of the visual identity of existing products, and establish a high-quality product design that encompasses all elements of the client’s request. Besides ensuring taste quality, the design aims to give the wine a new recognizability. Additionally, the promotion of the winery through design is directed towards creating a comprehensive, extensive catalog containing all wines from the winery’s product line. It is designed with a touch of luxury so that it can remain relevant for an extended period.
The project for implementing innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Trebinje city area is carried out by the Development Agency of Trebinje, in collaboration with the Eda – Enterprise Development Agency and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska.
The topic of the project “Introducing innovations in SMEs within the framework of the voucher program” is aligned with the recommendations of the Small Business Act and the SME Policy Index 2020 (dimension 8b) and has been identified as a priority in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska. This project is supported within the framework of the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU” which is implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
