Eda – Enterprise Development Agency has issued a Public Call for submissions of bids for the procurement of equipment – a factory process model/simulator for the purpose of improving manufacturing processes, intended to strengthen user capacities through learning, demonstrations, and improved understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing companies.
Tender documentation is available upon request from interested bidders via email: [email protected]. The documentation contains all necessary information regarding the purpose of the equipment, technical specifications, participation requirements, evaluation criteria, and instructions for bid submission.
The deadline for submitting bids is December 11, 2025, by 2:00 PM.

This Public Call is published within the project DESET – Digitally Enabled Sustainable Energy Transition of manufacturing SMEs, implemented with the support of the European Union and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), as part of the EU4PSD – Private Sector Development in BiH initiative.
The DESET project is part of the Private Sector Development initiative in BiH. It is implemented by DIH IDEMO, which consists of Eda – Enterprise Development Agency as the lead partner, along with project partners – the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Banja Luka, the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska, the Innovation Center Banja Luka, and the Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska.
