As one of the partners of the Interreg project BEST DIH (Boosting European DIH Success Through a new funding mix approach), representatives of Eda attended a meeting and study visit in Hungary held from November 6th to 8th. The meeting took place in Sárvár, where the innovative activities of Hungarian partners were presented, along with examples of best practices from regions participating in the project.
During the study visit to the innovation hub PBN in Szombathely, PBN’s digital solutions were presented, including prototype development, extended reality solutions, a factory for student training, and a humanoid robot capable of AI communication.
The overall objective of the BEST DIH project is to improve the implementation of regional development policies in the field of digital transformation, thanks to the increased institutional capacities of the consortium partners. The implementation of these policies will take into account the key role that DIHs and EDIHs can play and ensure the coordinated delivery of funding between different administration levels. The project is being implemented from March 2023 to March 2027.
