In the period of July 29-30, Eda organized a study visit to the Science and Technology Park and the Innovation Fund in Belgrade. Participants included representatives from the wood processing, food, and IT industries, as well as the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Banja Luka.
The Director of the Science and Technology Park, Ms. Gordana Danilović Grković, and Associate for Institutional Cooperation, Ms. Marija Mirković, presented the development path, organization, and operations of this institution, emphasizing the importance of establishing a Science and Technology Park in the Republic of Srpska, with the involvement and support of all relevant stakeholders.
Milena Kostadinović, Special Advisor for International Cooperation and Financing at the Innovation Fund, presented the support programs and achievements of the Innovation Fund. The participants exchanged valuable experiences and discussed opportunities and modalities for enhancing cooperation in the future.
The study visit was organized as part of the project “READy – Resource Efficiency Advanced by Digitalization in Manufacturing SMEs” implemented by Eda – Agency for Enterprise Development in partnership with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Banja Luka, and the Foreign Investors Council, supported within the project “Innovations and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU4DigitalSME”, co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
