A contract has been signed with the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina to implement the project “Improvement of the work of the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the development of a digital network between authorized metrology laboratories and the establishment of a secondary level of measurement infrastructure for calibration.”
The project envisages providing support for the establishment of a digital network for keeping records of the verification of measuring devices of appointed laboratories and the establishment of a system for calibration/testing of photovoltaic cells and panels.
In this way, Eda continues the practice of strengthening institutions that contribute to the progress of dimension 7 (Standards and technical regulations) and 10 (Internationalization) of the SME Policy Index and supports the ongoing process of developing the Quality Infrastructure Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Approximately KM 115,000 of grant funds are allocated for this intervention, with an implementation period of 8 months.
The project is being implemented with the support of the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act in BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU” which is implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
