During the next three and a half years the plan is to:
- improve implementation of the existing SME focused strategies and plans,

- harmonise methodology for strategic planning and preparation of policies for SMEs according to the same framework, as well as
- to facilitate revision of existing and preparation of new strategies and plans applying new methodology, with gradual institutionalisation of public-private dialogue at all administrative levels in the country.
The project should contribute to acceleration of economic integration with EU in the field of SME support framework, with positive impact on performances of SMEs in the country.
Besides project management, Eda’s key role will be facilitation of interactions and cooperation of key stakeholders (relevant ministries, SME supporting institutions and SMEs).
