In the premises of the RS Employment Service – Bureau Prnjavor, grant contracts for starting one’s own business were signed.
The contracts were signed by three unemployed persons from Prnjavor, who successfully completed training for starting their own business in period December 2022 – January 2023 and prepared business plans that were rated the best. Grants of up to KM 6.000 will be used to start their own business.
One of the persons who will receive grant funds is Ms. Samanta Rover, who plans to start a company that will provide physiotherapy services. How useful was the training for starting her own business and how much financial support will mean to her, Samanta says:
Participating in the training „Start your business“ was useful to me because I learned to make a business plan, calculate all the necessary costs, income, depreciation and other business estimates, and thus get a realistic picture of the success of my business idea. It also pointed out some details that I was not aware of. I think that this is extremely important because most of us who have the desire and wish to be self-employed face the fear of failure, and in this education you get a tool with which you can see the realistic picture of your business idea and know before the very beginning what the real chances are of realizing it.
With the grant I received, I will be able to achieve my goals much more easily, and I would recommend all people with realistic ideas and goals to try their hand at the next public call for incentives.
The advisory and financial support program for business development is implemented within the framework of the „Sustainable Partnership for Employment“ project, which is funded by the European Union, and is being implemented within the second phase of the project „EU Support to Local Employment Partnerships – Phase II“ (LEP II), which is implemented by the International Labor Organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Local Partnership for Employment Prnjavor is one of 20 partnerships established in BiH within the project “EU Support to Local Employment Partnerships – Phase II” (LEP II), funded by the European Union with 4 million euros and implemented by the International Labor Organization (ILO).
