A public call for submission of project proposals to support the energy transition of SMEs in BiH was published

Within the project “Advanced Implementation of Small Business Act Framework in BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU”, Eda has launched a Public call for submission of project proposals to support the energy transition of SMEs in BiH through grants from the SME Strategy Implementation Enabling Mechanism – SIEM.

The aim of the Public call is to support/accelerate the energy transition of SMEs in BiH in accordance with the following strategic frameworks:

  1. Development Strategy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021 – 2027;
  2. SME Development Strategy of the Republic of Srpska 2021 – 2027;
  3. Development Strategy of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021 – 2027;
  4. Small Business Act for Europe (SBA for EU) and the SME Policy Index.

Concepts of project proposals can be submitted by non-profit organizations registered in accordance with domestic regulations in the organizational form of citizens’ associations or foundations.

The total available amount of grant for this Public Call is BAM 150,000. The minimum amount of grant that can be approved for an individual project is BAM 90,000, and the maximum amount is BAM 150,000.

The grant can be used for the implementation of projects that contribute to the energy transition of SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The selection of grant beneficiaries will be made up to the total available amount of funds for this public call.

The deadline for submitting the application is June 24, 2022, until 15.00 hours.
