Following the successful preparation of the situational analysis with SWOT analysis and strategic focus, the Working Group for the preparation of the draft Quality Infrastructure Strategy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its second meeting held on March 26, 2024, at the Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska, aligned the vision and strategic objectives for the development of the quality infrastructure system by 2030, with corresponding indicators.
The Working Group consists of 43 members from relevant institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, both entities, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republika Srpska, and the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The development and adoption of the strategy for quality infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina represent one of the still unfulfilled recommendations from the annual reports of the European Commission on the progress of Bosnia and Herzegovina, within Chapter 1, Free Movement of Goods.
The process of developing this strategy is supported by the project “Advanced Implementation of the Small Business Act in BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU,” implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency SERDA, funded by Sweden.
