Support for innovation implementation through the voucher program from the Strategy Implementation Enabling Mechanism (SIEM) has been provided to Dineco LLC from Trebinje.
The project encompasses the enhancement of business operations through the digitalization of business processes. Dineco LLC was founded in 2006 and has been engaged in the production of panel furniture from its foundation. Over time, they expanded their offerings to include interior design and furnishing, ranging from conceptual solutions and 3D visualizations to final production.
“Production, aside from being a complex technical process, is also a significant organizational challenge. Different phases need to be synchronized, starting from the moment a customer expresses interest, through design, technical preparation, material ordering, and product fabrication, all the way to final delivery and quality control. Communication between teams and logistics is often the bottleneck in larger companies. Until now, we mostly kept records using traditional tools such as Word or Excel. By developing a specialized software solution for production tracking, we integrated the entire process. We connected existing software, accelerated production, reduced the likelihood of delays or errors, and increased customer satisfaction, making it easier for us to handle the growing demand for quality furniture,” highlighted the company’s director, Ms. Slađana Bukvić Pendo.
The project for implementing innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Trebinje city area is carried out by the Development Agency of Trebinje, in collaboration with the Eda – Enterprise Development Agency and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska.
The topic of the project “Introducing innovations in SMEs within the framework of the voucher program” is aligned with the recommendations of the Small Business Act and the SME Policy Index 2020 (dimension 8b) and has been identified as a priority in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska. This project is supported within the framework of the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU” which is implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
