Eda representatives participate in the Regional Conference “Transparency, Monitoring and Control in the Public Procurement Systems in the Western Balkans” in Podgorica. On that occasion, relevant segments of the comparative evaluation report on public procurement systems in BiH, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Serbia were presented.
Among other, at the conference is estimated that corruption “swallows” 25% of public procurement value in Western Balkan countries.
The conference is organized by the NGO MANS from Montenegro, together with the Open Society Fund of BiH, the Open Society Foundation of Serbia, the Center for Civil Communications of Macedonia and the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS), as part of the regional project Balkan Tender Watch, which is funded by the European Union.
