In cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka, Eda organized a workshop titled “SMEs in the Digitalization Processes in the Field of Energy Management”. In the introductory part of the workshop, participants were informed about the importance of energy management, the concept of energy audits, and the spectrum of digital solutions used in the field of energy management. During the workshop, discussions revolved around sensor applications, analysis of gathered data, and possibilities of automation in optimizing energy performance.
Participants were satisfied with the presented solutions and expressed interest in participating in the second part of the workshop, which will be organized in the upcoming period.
The workshop was organized within the project “READy – Resource Efficiency Advanced by Digitalization in Manufacturing SMEs” implemented by Eda – Agency for Enterprise Development in partnership with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Banja Luka, and the Foreign Investors Council, supported within the project “Innovations and Digitalization of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina/EU4DigitalSME”, co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
