Description: The recommendations indicate the possibilities of improving the competitiveness of enterprises through the protection and use of intellectual property rights. The first two groups of recommendations relate to decision-making on the use of intellectual property systems in business and the establishment of an effective intellectual property management system, while the other four groups of recommendations relate to the process of protection of various forms of intellectual property. The recommendations were prepared within the NOVALIS project co-financed by the European Union through the EU4Business project jointly implemented by GIZ, UNDP and ILO, within the Local Development Strategy – Program for Local Self-Government and Economic Development in Bosnia and Herzegovina FR Germany.
