The East Sarajevo City Development Agency (RAIS) and the Development Agency of Trebinje have completed the project “Introducing innovations in SMEs within the voucher program,” providing support to a total of 10 SMEs.
The businesses in which project activities were implemented in the area of the city of East Sarajevo, with a total value of KM 69.059,70 include: Liv d.o.o, Mahagoni d.o.o, Elko d.o.o, Poljoprom d.o.o, and Zlatno zrno Ostojić d.o.o.
From the city of Trebinje, the following companies participated in the project: Komrad Vinarija Anđelić d.o.o, Dineco d.o.o, Podrumi manastira Tvrdoš, Djordan Group, and Bonita d.o.o, with a total investment of KM 69.052,05.
The project’s implementation provided expert support for introducing innovations by improving existing or developing new products, services, or processes, including digitalization and innovations in the field of marketing for companies in the textile, wood processing, food, and electro-industry sectors.
Specifically, the projects focused on optimizing business processes and their digitalization, software integration, creating the visual identity of the company, and the application of digital marketing with a focus on promoting and utilizing online platforms and online sales channels, website development, packaging and label design, and the design of new and redesign of existing products.
The topic of the project “Introducing innovations in SMEs within the framework of the voucher program” is aligned with the recommendations of the Small Business Act and the SME Policy Index 2022 (dimension 8b) and has been identified as a priority in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska. This project is supported within the framework of the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU” which is implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
