The first of a total of three contracted projects for the development of women’s entrepreneurship within the project SBA in BiH, which was implemented by the NGO “Little Prince of the Brcko District”, has been implemented in the Brcko District of BiH. As part of the “Women in Business” project, training was provided to women entrepreneurs and women who want to become entrepreneurs in the field of digital marketing, business English, as well as media and communications. The training participated by some 30 women, who were especially interested in business development with the support of internet marketing. Also, educational materials were prepared, and equipment was purchased, which will help the aforementioned NGO to perform its work more effectively.
The implemented activities are aimed at improving dimension 1 of the SBA profile of BiH (entrepreneurial learning and women’s entrepreneurship) and a total of KM 12.255,69 was spent for their implementation from the Mechanism for Support of the Implementation of SME Development Strategies (SIEM). The project was implemented in cooperation with the Department for Economic Development, Sports and Culture of the Brčko District of BiH.
