The project “Partnership for quality jobs and competitiveness” started in June 2017 is ending today. The overall goal of the project was increased harmonization between supply and demand in the labour market in Prnjavor, and the specific goal was established functional employment partnership of the Prnjavor Municipality as the capacity for continuous implementation of active employment measures. Thanks to great commitment of all partners and participants in the project implementation, results have been achieved that exceed the defined project indicators and provide a good starting point for continuing work on improving conditions in the labor market of Prnjavor.
It is important to emphasize that the process of matching supply and demand on the labor market will not stop after implementation of the project and that through the project implementation relevant structures were established that provide sustainability and continuous interaction of stakeholders in the labor market.
More information about the experiences earned through the project, as well as its results, can be found on the blog “By partnerships and interactions to jobs and employment”.
