As part of the preparatory activities for the development of business continuity plans for companies in the metal and wood processing sectors that expressed interest in a public call within the EU4Recovery project, the second part of the training for local consultants was held. The training was organized by GIZ in BiH and conducted by representatives of the German consulting company ITCL from Berlin, while Eda gathered a team of local consultants.
At the training, it was discussed the content and structure of business continuity plans, in the development of which consultants will be engaged. Also, guidelines for the audit were provided with the practical application of appropriate tools, such as value flow mapping.
