In order to increase the level of information about the practical importance of the Agile project management, as well as the Agile methods and techniques used for assessment, planning, risk management and problem solving, the first part of online training on this topic was organized. The training was attended by representatives of companies, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska.
The second part of the training will be held on Wednesday, March 17, while the third part of the training will be organized on Friday, March 19, 2021.
