Description: “Improving Legislation Regarding Job Searching Support in BiH – Conditio Sine Qua Non” is the first of the three planned guidelines for preparation of a policy, created within the implementation of the project “Liberalization of the labor market”. The guidelines present characteristics of the labor market, the need for a more equal position of public institutions and private agencies for job searching support, as well as need for amending relevant legislation.
