Production supported by digital solutions – Andjelic Winery, Trebinje

The company “KOMRAD, Andjelic Winery LLC” is one of the five SMEs from Trebinje that has been supported in implementing innovations through the voucher program from the Strategy Implementation Enabling Mechanism (SIEM).

The project encompasses the enhancement of the operations of “KOMRAD, Andjelic Winery LLC” by digitalizing its business processes, including the creation of a website containing a web shop, in alignment with the project’s objectives. The company needed to create a digital solution for tracking business processes (production, storage, and wine sales management), as well as a company website, including a functional web shop accessible to customers (available at https://andjelicvinarija.com/).

“The program supporting the digitalization of business processes, including the creation of a website and web store, has helped us improve and facilitate customer access, and increase the sales of our products in the domestic market. The application for managing and tracking all production processes in our winery allows us easier planning, monitoring, and management, from harvesting to market, even in situations when we are not physically present in the winery. This greatly assists us, as we constantly have a realistic picture of the wine status in all barrels, as well as wine laboratory analyses,” emphasized Ms. Milica Andjelic, the director of “KOMRAD, Andjelic Winery LLC.”

The project for implementing innovations in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Trebinje city area is carried out by the Development Agency of Trebinje, in collaboration with the Eda – Enterprise Development Agency and the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska.

The topic of the project “Introducing innovations in SMEs within the framework of the voucher program” is aligned with the recommendations of the Small Business Act and the SME Policy Index 2020 (dimension 8b) and has been identified as a priority in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Srpska. This project is supported within the framework of the project “Advanced implementation of the Small Business Act BiH2EU – SBA in BiH2EU” which is implemented by Eda in cooperation with the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency SERDA and financed by Sweden.
